Problems with code share and Travel Up

Has anyone else had problems with the Air France/Virgin codeshare for next February? We booked via Travel Up (who have been awful despite ok reviews). Our flight out appeared on Virgins website very quickly and we were able to book seats but it's still not showing a return flight. Virgin say they can't help me as it's down to Travel Up to link the booking. Travel Up have now issued me with a new document showing an Air France return flight number, not Virgin as it was originally. We are showing for that flight on the Air France website though it states I can't book seats until check in a couple of weeks before. Every time I ring Travel Up for clarification, I just get told "it's ok we have flights". It's really starting to stress me out

Can’t help with codeshare issue but Travelup have terrible customer service IMO, you will need to pester them everyday, good luck.
