advice please about revolut card

Bi has anyone used a revolt card its a pre pay MasterCard aka travel card

Can you use in it like restaurant s like Denneys and that and buying merchandise in Disney parks

Any help would be great thanks

I've not used my revolut card in the US yet but I have in both Portugal and Italy and can't recommend it enough. I'll be taking it to Orlando next year for sure. I don't see any any reason why you would have an issue, I plan to use that for nearly all transactions bar some cash just in case. Being able to top it up on the fly with the app at the current exchange rate and no commission or fees is a no brainier.

Yet to use it in US, but have used it to pay for ESTAs online and had no problems.

I think the Dibber who had an issue recently, had used it first for a $2 dollar transaction and Revolut put a stop on it thinking "fraudulent activity" - was sorted out ater a couple of emails.

I have used mine briefly for transferring money between my mum and I (having a play around with the app) and have paid for things online with no problems. My ex got one for Paris and used it last week with no problems whatsoever, he couldn't fault it, said he would definitely recommend it.

I've just got back and used it with no problems whatsoever. We used it to pay for food, buy stuff in disney etc. we never bothered withdrawing money in the end either. We did have a slight problem loading money onto it one morning as it wouldn't accept my husband's verification but he used their online chat and it was sorted in less than 10 mins so no problems from us

Great to hear its worked ok, we go in 2 weeks and hoping we will have no problems either!

I have had a number of problems, top ups not being applied, the chat facility not working, and pending transactions remaing for 2 weeks after settlement meaing my balance was negative. There have also been concerns on MSE with people trying to get refunds.

I like the app in theory but think they need to sort out the bugs in the andriod app and improve customer service before I can recommend it.
