Looks like a Wamos 747 is operating MT2962 Glasgow to Orlando route today. We are supposed to be on MT2650 tomorrow from Glasgow but haven't had any notification from TC on any change as yet.

Hearing a Glasgow flight has been delayed until tomorrow. Possibly the Wamos flight?
Sat here in Manchester with a 2.5 hour delay ourselves. Really need to rethink using Thomas Cook in the future. |

I'm not certain but a 747 is a lot bigger than the A330 from wamos they were using a few weeks ago. TC usually use A330's or A320's so this is a big plane for them to be using. Any idea why the Manchester flight is delayed?

All flights out of Manchester were delayed yesterday due to airport system failures. This will have no doubt knocked onto today.

The Wamos is coming back on the MCO-GLA tonight but is already showing a 3 hour delay. On Flightradar it is still showing tomorrows flight as an A330, but I wouldn't be surprised if we end up on the Wamos 747 instead. As others have said the difference in aircraft size would mean lots of vacant seats.
