Mobile Expedia fully refundable hotel bookings

Is it easy to get a refund if we change our mind or we canít go?

Did anyone have problems with Expedia and cancellations this year?

I was pleasantly surprised by them. Cancelled our October Universal hotel reservation a few weeks ago and was prepared for a battle to get a refund (Iíd heard some stories)

I live chatted and was told to expect refund within 2 weeks and it went back on my card within that time.

So for me it was great service

I cancelled about 5 bookings with Expedia for this August (all in Florida). Didnít even need any contact, virtual or otherwise, just clicked Ďcancel bookingí or whatever it was and money was back on my card within a few days. Very, very impressed!

Another who is extremely impressed by Expedia. I had two rooms booked and again logged into booking, pressed cancel and money was returned immediately. Would definitely book with Expedia again.
