It was quite easy to be honest, just phoned up at 12.00pm on the 180 day mark, and because we are all staying onsite we did the +10 days too.

Be Our Guest was a tough one because within that 10 days 2 of our guests were leaving and there was only 1 slot for Be Our Guest so we took it.

The biggest problem was having our overseas friends confirm they are coming after we booked ADRs for 10 (instead of 12) - It was impossible to change most of them to +2 guests, so we had to book them in for a table of 2 at the same time. The only ones we manage to add 2 extra guests for were Sanaa and our wedding day meal (only because Ian emailed and spoke to the manager of Yachtsman Steakhouse).
So watch out for that if you have guests coming after you've made ADRs.

The biggest problem is if you agree to give a helping hand to all your guests and keeping track of whose booked ESTAs, whose paid their holiday, who needs to book extra tickets etc. Thats the hard part

Hope that helps,
V xx
