How do I find my Virgin invoice - downloads folder

Hi all,

Probably a really silly question but I’m trying to download my invoice and it’s showing this -

I’m on an iPad - so where do I find my downloads folder?

Not in iBooks, Dropbox or my photos... just can’t find it anywhere?

Its an app. If you swipe down you can search for it. It should be automatically installed.

Thanks! Found files but the ‘get’ is faded so I can’t press it ☹️
