Premade Mash
I’m sure I read on here at some point a few of you premake mash and reheat on Christmas Day. I’m making mine tonight but wonder how you all reheat them? Microwave? Slow cooker?
I am determined not to stress our tomorrow with the usual trying to get everything ready at once scenario . |

The only potatoes coming anywhere near any plate at my Christmas table will have been roasted in goose fat!
But if I am reheating mash on any other day of the year, I will use the microwave. |

Microwave - pop a bit of extra butter on it and stir every 3 mins or so til it’s hot x
