I have a night booked with them at RPR in Universal for July. Paid a low deposit in Feb and when tried to cancel online I said I had to pay full amount to cancel. So they have taken another £80 and due to take nearly £300 next month. It won’t let me do anything else or contact either. I will be issuing a chargeback with my cc If they don’t refund or travel insurance claim and will never use them again, they are awful.

Well I had a “chat” with Adam, I basically can’t do anything at the moment unless I want to try and move the exact holiday to a different date which you do through contacting the airline for flights first. I don’t want to do this so I guess I’ll hang fire and see what happens. Great.

Good luck, my son tried to cancel his New york holiday booked with them and they said the flights were none refundable and the hotel he would have to pay so much, I think the holiday total was £2000 and he would have to pay £1500 to cancel it, this was still with over a year away, we told him to keep paying the monthly as it wasnt worth not going, however in the end TC went bust so he got back all the monies he had paid, but it's a lesson learned, as he didnt read the small print xx
Good luck xx |
