I do have very short hair grade 2 at the back and sides so I let TH do it last weekend.it looks perfectly ok, merging the longer top with the sides was tricky but it's better than leaving it i think.I did have to take a very deep breath 😀

I cut my own hair anyway and have done for years, fairly easy to do with a pair of clippers with a No2.
DW on the other hand...

I’ve got clippers arriving next week to attempt dhs hair.

Worst case I mess up and he just shaves the lot off.

No way is he getting near mine though.

Why not? At this rate there'd be enough time for it to grow back

I have my husband a no 4 cut this afternoon. He said he didn’t realise how big his forehead is nowadays 🤣. I cut it in the garden so the birds can make use of the clippings for their nests.
I have a no fringe bob style so only go to hairdressers if I need a decent styling so I’m ok.
