CPS parking at Southampton

Hi guys,

Has anyone booked cruise parking with CPS and then had to cancel due to Covid? I’ve emailed them to ask but no response so far.

We cancelled our April cruise parking with them and had a full refund within 48hours. This was just before the lockdown though, so I assume all the office staff were still working. I hope you get a response soon, we were very pleased to get a refund and didn’t expect it to be so easy!

They emailed back today saying I could move it or have a refund, very kind of them. They must be suffering.
