had my response the next day, and every question took probably 30 mins to reply, but it got the job done. It seems that the customer service team are on shorter hours right now. Hope you get sorted mate

I logged in today too and found my booking has been moved to the new dates I requested (same price thankfully) even though I didn't get a response on e-mail, so definitely worth checking on the website.

Thanks for your advice - an update ...
I contacted DLP via Messenger as recommended and have been very disappointed by their response. After thoroughly checking prices online they have come back to me with a price that is £318 more than the online price! What am I missing?!?! The original booking was for 3 adults and an 'infant' - because of age it is now 3 adults and one child - no discount as a gesture of goodwill here! How is everyone else getting on with re-booking? |

If the online price is cheaper, it could be a case of just requesting or waiting for the voucher if that form already got submitted or FB messenger to get the voucher to you so you can rebook yourself
We don't know our dates yet as our trip was planned around a gig on the other side of Paris, if it's the same weekend just a year out, we'll have to pay €10 more per person, so not bad It's so frustrating that they aren't honouring the child/infant situation bet there are a lot of families who booked the last year their kid was free or child price to save money Guess the airline might be part of the problem though if it's the difference between needing a seat or not
