AP holders in the UK?
Mine runs to September. (Although aren't they being extended for the time WDW is closed?).
If its open and we can fly we'll be using but, even if WDW reopens the international fligths might be a problem. Any guesses what WDW will do. If it reopens in, say, July, and they give me a 4 month extension its probably no good to me. Disney have been great in the past, I'm hoping they'll do something like extend APs for a year... Will be well out of pocket otherwise... :-( Plan was always to use twice to make it worthwhile. |

You can ring them and get a partial refund of the remaining time since it was closed. But that will end when they reopen.

Right. So since my AP ran from September 2019, I could get pro-rata refund till middle march 2019?
So used 6.5 months. So I'd get 5.5/12 = 46% refund? So when they re-open you think they'll just add x months on and you will have no option to do this? Is this official? I'm hoping they will consider international AP holders who may not be able to get to florida even if WDW is open. |

Personally I would get the refund now. They haven’t said anything about what will happen when they reopen. But I would expect the refund option to change at that point.

Your choices are either
1- Take a partial refund for the time the parks are closed or 2- Extend your AP by the same amount of time the parks are closed. Nothing will happen/be processed until they know when the parks re-open unless your pass has already run during the closure period. You can ring up and they will make a note of your choice. Currently we have 2 passes noted for a partial refund with Disney. The CM was very helpful when we rang but understandably they are not sure how it will all be worked out but she was quite sure nothing will happen until they have a firm re-opening date. I’ve got 2x gold annual passes which expire September 2020.
Where have people emailed or what number have they phoned to enquire about a refund please?

Perhaps they will do the same as universal and allow you to use it for a holiday next year. For example universal have given 30 days to coincide with a booking next year on set dates.
So if you booked a trip next year then Disney could allow you to use your annual pass for that time but only that time.
