Cancelling one flight ( September)

Just weighing up current options.

DS is unsure ( even if flights go ahead) that he now wants to come.
We’ve paid in full flight only BA travelling mid September.

We’re looking to hopefully move our Disney booking ( booked direct) to next year.

IF the September flight goes ahead me and dh are thinking of going but booking maybe a villa or hotel and just making the most of the trip , so not to waste our flights .

If we cancelled ds flight , would we just get taxes back ? , or the full amount as we’re at 111 days out.

Just weighing up options at the moment

If you cancelled you would only get the taxes back I am booked for August tried to cancel as we have no accommodation to go to now as I cancelled that ages ago due to wanting my money back and not a voucher. Give them a call sometime when you cancel someone and they don’t go there is charges.

personally if was me I would wait until much nearer the time and see what happens because by the time flight is near things may have improved further. you could always see about maybe even getting the flight in the worst case just rescheduled in order to avoid loosing alot of money

Thanks but we’ve already made the decision not to go, me and dh are making other arrangements , so would need to sort them so , don’t really wan to keep leaving it, Disney is totally out anyway, which is why he isn’t coming , hence why I broached the question, if I could move it t9 next year that would be great
