What next? Disney-themed hand sanitiser?
I don't see it as cashing in. Disney does all sorts of merchandise and lots of people want to buy these, especially when they can't get masks readily. Also, when revenues are down like they are, it's innovative products that might make the difference between keeping employees on and laying them off and people can choose whether to buy them or not.

But what you've just described is "cashing in".

Disney makes merchandise that people want in order to "cash in" on people's wants and desires. All the merchandise that Disney sells is done to make profit.

That's what business is. Making goods and providing services that people want to purchase.

Buying a Disney mask isn't compulsory, it will be supply and demand and if people want to wear a mask and love Disney, they can choose to buy one or not.

Just my opinion, but to me, it's not the same as a someone (or a company) buying up all the supplies and then selling them at a high mark up.

Surely all face masks that are sold regardless of the seller are sold for a profit?

I like them.
I'd wear them.
I'd support Disney on this one.
Fair play to them donating the profits despite the hammering their business is currently taking.

I would definitely buy these if they were available in the U.K., I would like to be able to mix and match packs though!
