What is the most useless item you have ever bought?

Was cleaning the cabinet out yesterday and came across the pie maker I bought years ago, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Now I just move it from pillar to post Anybody else bought useless articles?

I had a £5 voucher from eBay and used it to buy a kit to make home made crisps.
I’m so glad I didn’t part with any money for it.
It took ages and a fair bit of effort to make a few crisps I used it once and it’s now just sitting in the cupboard.

A press for making bricks for the fire out of old newspapers. The house had a permanent smell of damp paper and they didn’t even burn. Thanks for reminding me! 🤣🤣

Baby bath thermometer when my oldest was tiny, always just used my elbow. To be fair I think lots of baby purchases could go in this category!

A heated hair brush which was supposed to straighten your hair with less damage then hair straighteners. It's absolutely useless and was only used once. It's sat under my bed ever since.

A scarifier, I wanted to get my grass looking like a bowling green so wanted to rid myself of any weeds. I can tell you that box has never been opened and I use it to stand my books on in the garage. £130 and my wife reminds me every other week about it hahaha 😂

Another one hahaha my wife bought heated rollers oh about 7 years ago. Good ones as well. They have sat on top of our wardrobe this whole time never opened. I moved them the other day as now we have time to clean the bits you never do. The dust that fell of, well it was like a horror film. It went everywhere, lesson to self leave dusty boxes where they are 🤣
