I would. Especially if you have your 'birthday' while you are out there

With the $25 you have to load then the birthday $25 added, you will have $50 to spend but with a couple of birthday drinks that would work out a good deal plus you get to skip the queue

Do I have to spend the $50 in one sitting?

No you can do it $25 at a time but they'll take the whole $25. As a lone diner you'll basically get one meal free but it's only worth it if you planned on eating at Landry's twice. The priority seating is well worth it though as no need to book.
