November - More of the same?

My fiancée and I (mid 40's) are in Florida this coming November and wanting to have some R&R and avoid the theme parks.

At this stage we're not restricted to a specific location (though flying in / out via Orlando International).

Any suggestions of places to visit or activities that suit couples?

Have you thought about the Gulf Coast, there are three Dibb villas in Rotonda West which is midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers so ideally placed to explore the coastline and barrier islands.

You could head up to St Augustine and explore this area and then head to east coast although the seas are rougher on this side.

There are quite a few guides on other areas of Florida which you may find a useful starting point.

Thanks for this.

Our original plan was to attend the conference which would have been somewhere around St Augustine (corp office is there) and then head west
