Disabled parking permit

Hi does anyone know where to go when you arrive to receive the red parking permit? I know to take the blue badge and the cost is $15. Thanks

Hi if you contact the Orange county tax office they will send you a form to do online then you call to pay. Its $17 now. You can only do 60 days before you travel.octaxcol/contact/
