You could try emailing them and asking them to alter your tickets, you have nothing to lose. This is what kempydee is doing. Link below.

Also don't forget to add the code mse5 to get £5 off per person.

I bought the Orlando Passport from them on Black Fri by paying a £20 deposit for £665 for 2017, then they dropped the price to £610 when Disney dropped the prices.
Called them and they matched the £610 price no question asked.
I was on their site a lot looking at other tickets i might buy, and logging in to my account, kept noticing "pop up" flash sales, as op states with prices as low as £581.
Contacted them again and this time they said that as i already had a discount, they couldn't discount it any further.
My argument was, had i just waited and combined with MSE5 i would have got the lower price.
Great service from them, and REAL gate ready tickets, sent out fast soon as balanced was paid, was just a little miffed at paying more than i needed to, had i just waited on the flash sale!

Oh no, I've just gone on to purchase the 3 park Universal tickets & they're sold out Does anyone know of anywhere else with a similar offer on? Ideally looking for deposit available & free Eat & Play/Dine4Less card. Thanks

Their normal price for the Universal 3 park explorer (in stock!) is only £2 more expensive! £217 as opposed to £215 on the popup.

Try the link below if you want it at £215, but you have to pay upfront for that price.

floridaescapes/spe...rer-2017-offer

As MonsterKraken says, OAT sell it for £217, it's in stock, and you can put a deposit down.

update: been on live chat and mentioned that i paid £588 sat am and they later dropped price to £581. They agreed to refund me the £7 per ticket x 3. Every little helps!
On the 2 occasions i have used livechat they have been great and cannot fault their response. Would prefer it if they were open sunday though as it was a long wait.

On a different note, the price of the passport was showing £493 instead of £593 this morning. livechat said it was an error
