Disney transport

I'm planning on going to blizzard beach one morning and then we have a dining reservation at T Rex at 2.45pm how easy is it to get there by Disney transport. I've read about uber on here but there are 11 off us with 2 children under 5 requiring car seats so would possibly need 2 or maybe 3 cars. Would it save much time to do this? Also is it worth getting an uber from the parks back to the Caribbean beach after firework shows? Does it help to avoid the mad dash? And one more thing is it less busy getting back to the resort after the fireworks on an EMH night. We have 4 pushchairs so can imagine it's going to be a nightmare. Memorial week as well. Any advice greatly appreciated. Only there a week so need to make the most out off each day.

We are at Caribbean beach resort at the moment... buses are frequent and when we have stayed to watch the fireworks we have either watched from a location near the exit to get out quick or we have waited for the crowds to die down after fireworks to go to get the bus back to the resort.

We have only used uber once so far to get to universal which was easy and brilliant!

For blizzard beach you would need to get a bus to animal kingdom and change for BB bus. Then go back to animal
Kingdom to get a Disney Springs bus for T. rex. You'd need yo give yourselves a good hour plus as the restaurant is a way from the bus drop off plus eating for connecting buses.

We did a bus to typhoon lagooon and that was pretty hassle free.

You might be better off going to Typhoon Lagoon that day instead. Its close to Disney springs and would only be one bus on the way back.
