It certainly has speeded up lately. My latest add on took just over 2 weeks for ROFR.
Be careful you don't keep adding on!

They are the more expensive ones sadly. I did a 100 point add on to ensure I don't get a problem every 3rd year which I was experiencing with the points I had.
Now I won't have to add on 8 or 9 days cash to a booking again.

We got enough points for a trip every other year, we are already saying "well it would be nicer to go each year!" Maybe we will see how the exchange rate goes for that though haha. We bought in because we where going to stay at Beach Club for a fortnight and we actually got our 100 points for cheaper than Thomas Cook wanted to charge us for the two weeks at BCR

It is, we stayed there on our second trip and loved the convenience for EPCOT, especially after a little too much to drink during Food and Wine. DVC seemed like the obvious choice this time however haha.

Good luck. We bought into SSR two years ago and with our May trip this year we will have stayed in all the DVC resorts
