Congrats, a small contract at the newest properties is about the only time buying direct makes sense. If you ever want more points, make sure you go resale.

I went direct in the end. The cost difference, when you include closing costs was just over 1K direct. In the future, if I add on, I will go resale.

Poly is our home too. We had to buy direct as we purchased before the resort was 'open'.

Can i ask how much the deposit was all in and for how may points? We looking to buy DVC in December? Just researching it al just now. How long did the checks etc take before you got confirmed? Edited at 10:35 PM. |
