Yes a 5th bed would be good but previously in this model they've said no room. My daughter and son don't want to share a sofa bed now. Hopefully Tom can find out. Disney are now taking a quarter of all SSR resales on ROFR which is a huge percentage.

We stayed at SSR for 14 nights - got back yesterday, we went on the DVC presentation and the representative advised us that the resort is getting an overhaul very soon (didn't specify a time frame). One of the items he mentioned was a fold down fifth bed similar to the one we were shown in the Poly mock up room within the DVC building.

On a side note we didn't sign up for the DVC there and then but are seriously considering it and may take the plunge on a smallish batch of points (will do lots of reading here first)

Very sensible. One word, RESALE. Very easy, I just got 160 points at SSR, loaded contract for less than half Disney price. Took 5 weeks from making an offer to making a booking.

Also in the DVC showrooms/offices building where the Polynesian room mock up is located a whole area has been sectioned off by a large tarpaulin/sheet and the advisor said they were currently making new room displays which he hinted at being one for Caribbean Beach Resort DVC. We really enjoyed our stay at SSR and really looking forward to seeing what they have planned for the refurbishment.

Think this will be Copper Creek? They won't be showing Caribbean Beach until it's launched to market, in maybe 18 months ?
