We arent going til feb but was going to book the meal in with my package. I'm planning on booking asap just because i'm concerned that the price will go up after 29th when all the changes take effect.
At the mo iv got a price for SLGF with HBplus a character brekkie and ADC for just over 1400 which is fine for us budget wise but im stressing that if i wait it'l be over budget. Hubs thinks im doing it all far too early but i do like to plan lol |

Yes. It was a bit disappointing especially as she was as good as good queuing and wasn't rude or cheeky. The CM actually made conversation with her, not the other way round. The only thing I can think of was the room with Snow White was clear and waiting, but the room with Rapunzel in still had people in when it was 'our turn'?
Have to say though, on the whole we've always had brilliant CMs and characters who have gone the extra mile for my children a few times - lovely when the magic is there 👍🏻! We'd like WTP and friends as they usually have long queues in the Park! Plus PG is a great location for a breakfast. Not sure if anyone knows timings of first sitting yet but if it's 8 am, it might be like WDW where you get to enter and be escorted into the Park first. Walking down an empty Main Street is amazing ❤️! |

I have met Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger at Cafe Mickey for breakfast and dinner. Never Pooh though.

Once when waiting for Princesses, before the Pavilion was opened, my DD mentioned that she really wanted to see Cinderella when we got to the front the CM asked us to wait to one side and took the people in behind us. Then we looked over and saw Cinderella walking up the path.
Though back to the topic, will be doing PG breakfast on 4th April will let you know asap which characters were there. |

That's what I was thinking, Stocst. I'd have thought the CM would have suggested that if they let the people behind them in first, then the little girl might get a nice surprise, and then she could have met Rapunzel. Sorry for going off topic again, I'd just have been quite upset by that if it was my daughter.

We've had that happen many times at DLP tbh - too many to name in fact. CMs normally go out of their way where children are involved, especially if they are well behaved and polite! I did think about complaining but thought 'it's done now' and I didn't want to waste any time on a negative encounter. We went back another day and she did get to meet her then ❤️. The reason I mentioned it at all was to try to help the OP to make a choice about queuing or doing ADC. I was commenting that at least now you queue at PP and know who you'll meet - so you can make an informed choice. Before you could queue hours and meet a Princess you'd seen previously at ADC or at the DLH, which while we'd never let on, could be disappointing!

Totally understand and it was really helpful that you did! My little girls 'absolute favourite person in the whole world ever mummy' (she's 3 lol) is Belle and if she wasnt at ADC when we go then we would most certainly have to go and queue to meet her in the PP. They werent telling you which princess it was last time we were there and thank god we fell lucky or there would probably have been tears.
I completely get how annoyed you were tho, your poor daughter! I have only ever seen cast members go out of their way with little ones and cant believe you had one like that |

My eldest always loved Cinderella when she was younger - she still loves her now and she's nearly 12! So I know where you're coming from. My youngest doesn't really have an absolute favourite Princess as she's not that Princessy - she likes the fiesty ones like her 😂, Merida is popular with her!
I hope your little Princess gets to meet plenty! |
