Medical advice!

Mum suffers from sore feet/hard skin, what should she buy whilst over in Florida to relieve her pain rather than packing from home?

Flexitol is excellent for hard skin. Can you be a bit more specific about the pain and soreness? If possibly have her keep her feet as dry as possible and avoid excess perspiration. Perhaps try some athletes foot powder.

Why not suggest she visit a podiatrist before she goes to see what they recommend, should be able to help.

I love the Aloe Vera Miracle Foot Cream - you can buy it in Walgreens and Walmart - it is very soothing for hot tired feet, clears athlete's foot and generally softens the feet. I've had very little problem with my feet since I started using it. You can get it in the UK now but I always used to stock up when I was over there and they sell it in bigger tubes.

Thank you for the heads up on this one - I'll be giving it a try

Aloe vera gel kept in the fridge is amazing for sore or tired feet, I always take some to Florida. Visiting a podiatrist/chiropodist before the holiday is a great idea too.

My GP has told me to use Flexitol for hard skin as I'm diabetic and feet are vulnerable. It's cheaper in Walmart than in Boots.
