10 pints of full fat milk a week, in glass bottles from the milkman. Plus, a bottle of orange juice on a Friday.

Since we had kids in 2006 we started to buy blue milk as better for th for the fats.

We've never swapped back and for the amount I use calories and fat content are outweighed by better tasting coffee.

Full fat (blue top) for me, semi for DH and DS but also have cream in coffee some of the time. Also buy almond milk for DH to have when he has weetabix to keep the calories and carbs as low as possible and I use that in porridge too once it’s open.

We have skimmed. I hate full fat milk in tea - it just tastes off.
We use coconut or almond milk for cereal.

Arla B.O.B - best thing I've discovered, it's skimmed but honestly tastes like semi skimmed, plus it lasts aaaaages without going off. If I get get hold of that we default to semi skimmed - can't stand full fat (unless it's for cooking with)

We have blue and green in this house as my son has to have the blue milk for his cereal and night drink.

Weird, our milk is always white. Not sure I'd want to drink green milk.
