Are FloridaTix ok?

Booked our tickets (just paid the deposit) the other day plus we paid an extra Ł40 for the guaranteed refund. We aren’t going until August 2022 so ages yet but I just wanted to check they are legit and not dodgy? Thanks

We've used Floridatix for many years with no problems.
This year, they even exchanged our tickets which we bought in 2018 for our cancelled holiday in 2020 for new ones for our 3rd rebooking in 2022 with no trouble at all.

I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used Florida Tix several times with no problems, but have never had to cancel with them so can’t help on that part.

We had to cancel last Easter and they refused a full refund even though Discovery cove was closed! They only gave us 80% and then took ages to do that. I’ve always used ATD and this was my first time trying floridatix and it has put me off sadly.

Have used them loads over the years, no issues at all. We had a deposit for Disney tickets for 2020, plus tickets paid in full for Kennedy & Wild Florida. They transferred the full amount from those & the deposit we paid for the Disney tickets over to our Discovery Cove booking, with no issues whatsoever, which I wasn't sure they would do.
