Anyone on here from ATD I’m trying to get hold of them. I paid for tickets yesterday and next day delivery but these have not arrived. I’ve tried calling the website says open 10/4 it’s 225pm and I’m getting a message saying phone lines closed.
Anyone had issues with ATD I’m getting worried now

Never had any problems with them, they are my go-to ticket company.
I'd at least wait til the end of the day before trying to get hold of them

I called today and left a message, call back came within 2 hours. And got everything sorted I needed to.

I'd probably give it until the end of the day. Last time i booked with them it took until about 5pm before I got my ticks. Maybe call and leave a VM like the last post did?

I phoned them this morning left a message and they got back to me in less than half an hour. Brilliant service needed to extend my tickets yet again so now all sorted for next year.

I got through a couple of weeks ago when booking our Disney tickets , first time using them , they were very helpful
