Virgin adding amount to invoice months after booking.

When we booked it was just the 4 of us.

But we added our sister and upgraded our seats a few months after the booking, which was amended and our price and details changed.

We have the invoice Virgin sent us.

Long story short, we went into a virgin store to see if we could upgrade the villa, but nothing was available.

A few days later they added £1700 to the holiday total, without any message or call. Logged in to see it changed.

We have contacted Virgin and they seem to think the difference added is the same as my sisters flights? They haven't finished looking into it yet, but we are little worried.

Which seems to suggest they didn't add these on when we added them and the seat upgrades to out booking.

Their mistake.

Where do we stand if they contest this?

Did they add an amount on for your sisters flights already? If not then I’d say yes they’re within their rights

We asked for a amount to upgrade our seats and add my sister. They gave us a quote and we agreed that amount... now it's changed.

We added them and upgraded in September last year...
