East coast hotel suggestions

It looks as though my cruise planned for the last week of my
trip will not be happening for various reasons.
Therefore I’m now looking for a family hotel on/near beach with good family amenities (13 and 17 year old)
Does anyone have any recommendations?
I also note that most hotels have two double beds in a room. Are there any that have a double and two singles? Or could accommodate that configuration?

would need to narrow it down a bit as if you are taliking florida you could be looking between miami and jacksonville a distance of around 350 miles

Have a look at Lauderdale by the sea. There is a lovely hotel, the Tides Inn, which is right on the beach, and walking distance to bars and restaurants. We were booked there for last summer before it was cancelled. I believe they have some 2 bed & 1 bed apartments too.

Pelican Grand Beach at Fort Lauderdale is literally right on the beach!
Stayed here prior to cruise and rebooked for longer stay next year. Booked via virgin holidays who waive resort fees 😉
