I use Tropic nail nectar.
Definitely the best treatment! Love Nail Nectar

Nail envy, OPI, I have bitten nails all my life, last may I decided to stop. Bought this from QVC, they have good deals, I cannot tell you how strong, my nails are, and can grow them quite long. I have used sally Hanson and perfect formula, but they cannot beat OPI. I also use opi cuticle oil aswell 😀

My nails went really thin and snapped off when I started on the change.I bought menopace supplements and although they did not help with the menopause they made my nails rock hard and grew really well. They are only vitamins really but worth a try for about £5.
