Mobile Making Disney things

Just scrolling through my Instagram and realised how many people I follow that make Disney related things, t-shirts, earrings, ears etc. Do you need to have any kind of special license? Can anybody just make tshirts with Disney things on them etc?

Technically you should have a license. You can make things for yourself with the pattern/print but shouldn’t sell them on. Although I have just bought some Disney facemasks 👍🏻 Disney have been known to shut shops/sellers down.

There are so many people out there selling things! I wonder how you get a license?

You definitely need a licence and its rigorous. I have one directly with Disney in my business and they are very very strict.
I have seen them come after Etsy sellers for example with cease and desists , those who use their IP without permission is something they do come down on, even if you see floods of those online making things to sell for commercial gain.
