1 day Disney park ticket

Hi

I’m looking at visiting Hollywood studios in December for 1 day I have never been there and would really like too. However if holidays ain’t going ahead would I loose that money for that ticket or would I have to claim on my insurance or message Disney and say could I use it another time?

Sorry for all the questions, I wanted to book it to make sure I have a park reservation for it.

you could pay on the gate, or at your hotel, normally guest services can do it for you, by December this booking will probably have gone away

We have day tickets booked, once your tickets are linked on MDE you can change your park days up to 24 hours before the date you have booked. It might be worth checking if you can use them on an alternative date should you not be able to go on the date you have because of covid.

I’ll give them a message n ask what would happen as when buying it asks me what date I want to go as price changes per day.

This is from MDE where my tickets are already linked to a day. Hope it helps.

You can VPN and buy a US ticket in advance. Or call them up on the US ticketing number.

As above if you don’t use it, you can put it towards a new ticket.

Problem is turning up on the day- if the park pass system is still in place- you possibly would not get a park pass on the day also.

I bought US tickets the other day no problem as they have a special offer on for DVC owners at the moment.

Oh this is perfect thank you, i plan to arrive in orlando next august on the 19th too so if i cant go in december then i can go in august.

Is the US prices different than on the app, as on the app its coming up with tax $141 on the 7th december? for 1 day?

I booked on the US Disney site before I knew I could book on the app but the pricing is the same, I was going to book on undercover tourist but it was about $10pp cheaper direct with Disney so went with them.

Ye same I only found out on here that I could buy on the app. Undercover tourist was more expensive so I’m gonna go with Disney app. I was gonna book mickeys Christmas party but I don’t know if that’s running n then I have never been to Hollywood studios and it looks really good.

I take it these tickets on the app are non refundable? We are booked for Xmas/new year and had planned a none Disney trip but now our holiday account is so healthy thanks to so many cancelled holidays we are debating 3 days in Disney parks. Booking 3 day base tickets will save us £260 overall but I am concerned about if the trip doesn’t go ahead. ATD offer covid cover and I am sure if we got the 7 day ultimates we could squeeze in an evening park visit and a round of golf but would rather save the money and have some down time.
