Universal Annual Pass

Hi all

Probably a stupid question but have noticed that there are a number of Dibbers that have AP for Universal... Just wondering why people would choose to have them unless they go more than once per year? We go once a year for 3 weeks and usually just buy a two-week ticket but I'm just wondering if I'm missing something and should have an AP instead?

You get benefits with having it. I got 15 months for price of 12 season pass for £240 it suits my dates and 2 week pass is like £270. You get perks being an annual pass and offers also. I will be able to use my pass in November, June and august so works out for me.

Some people get the more expensive pass for the 10% discount and free parking. It saves you money. X

We bought them as we have 4 trips booked so it works out really cheap, this is the first time we have bought them.

I bought them purely it gives me AP discount on hotels. My pass will pay of it self by the savings.

I worked out that even if we only go to Florida once I should save money after the free parking kicks in and with the discount on food and merchandise.

Might even make me go twice

a two park 14 day ticket is £267 but my seasonal pass was only £236. I also got three months free so a second trip can be done (perhaps a third or fourth in-between)

Depending on when you go and how many of you there may be savings to be made

We go in November (hopefully) and have a six park switch ticket

Does anyone think I will be able to upgrade to a Universal annual pass ? And if so I wonder how much it is likely to cost

I have upgraded a Disney ultimate ticket before but never a Universal ticket

We've got UOAP and it's well worth it imo. We have 2 power passes and I have the preferred pass which gives free parking and mostly 10% off anything we buy in the parks and city walk. We've also jumped the line for tables at Vivo just by showing the pass 👍

Looking on Univeral's website, the cheapest one is showing as $450 (~£327) - so it seems more expensive. Am I looking in the right place/at the right thing?

Thanks :-)

Yes unfortunately you have missed out on the offer they had recently, soon as the offer finished the price went up.
