Awesome!

I must phone tomorrow, meant to do it today but forgot!

Question... my husband is in the Royal Navy so could sign up for one of these discount cards.
Would he have to actually go on the cruise to get the discount?
I'll never get him on one but i could go with my sister.

Unfortunately it says in the T’s and C’s that the card holder ( Blue Light or Defence Discount Card) must be in the booked cabin and present the card at check in.

Well, just booked a P&O 3 night cruise for my birthday in July. We weighed up both P&O and Cunard, as was only £30 difference in price each, but after doing some research on the Queen Elizabeth decided on the Britannia.

We're also considering the 7 night cruise on the Iona over August bank holiday (£419 each for a balcony of anyone is interested, that's 50% off!), but are waiting a little while just to see if other countries go onto the green list and maybe more cruising options may become available.

The Iona price is less than I am paying for 4 nights on Princess at the same time. What a great deal.

Isn't it just?

We were supposed to be going on a 7 night cruise on the Iona last December, but obviously it was cancelled, so am seriously tempted.

I got 3 prices for cruises in September, based on 2 in a room, clear view balconies on all

Britannia 7 nights with a stop in Greenock £ 339 pp
Britannia 6 nights with a stop in Liverpool £319pp
Iona 7 nights at sea £419pp

I’m also tempted by Iona prices as we were meant to sail on her last August. But as we have 2 Seacations already booked the thought of a cruise with ports is appealing.
