Depends on the university and the course.

At my university all the undergraduates graduated together over the course of a few days in June. The postgraduates could book one of several graduation ceremonies held throughout the year to graduate. So for my undergraduate degree I didn't have a choice of when I could graduate (it was either attend the ceremony or graduate in absentia), but for my graduate degree I could choose from a selection of several dates for when I wanted to graduate (or if I didn't want to attend the ceremony I could also graduate in absentia).

Just checked my university's website that it seems that in current circumstances they are only doing graduation in absentia, with plans for future ceremonies to potentially be in person with no guests depending on the COVID-19 situation, and extra dates planned to deal with the backlog.

So probably best to check with the university as to what dates graduation might be...

You will need to check with the university as it can vary a lot, some are summer and some are autumn
