Has anyone used Top Villas?

Has anyone previously booked a villa with Top Villas, if so what was your experience?
We are looking online at a lovely Villa but I have never heard of Top Villas.

I didn't ultimately end up booking with them but did discuss a villa with them.

I didn't book because I googled the villa before making a final confirmation and noticed it was up for sale. When I emailed them they confirmed that they were aware it was and couldn't guarantee the booking would be honoured - to be honest I wasn't thrilled they hadn't disclosed this upfront though to be fair I don't know if other sites would have either.

When I was looking I noticed quite a few of their listings are inaccurate about numbers of bedrooms /bed layouts etc as well so I would double check things like that against the pictures if you have specific criteria.

On the plus side they always responded quickly and were happy for me to haggle on the price a bit - they agreed to take approx 10% off so might be worth asking for similar if you do decide to go ahead with them.
