Such a great thread. I had no idea my DD was struggling until a major crisis last February at the time I really struggled to find somewhere I could talk to other people about it. One year on she has made great progress, a way still to go but she achieved great GCSE results last summer and is now loving her A level studies. It is so important to talk openly about mental health and threads like this so important for reaching out to those who need a safe place to talk. xx
