I’ve really struggled to get back into it since the holiday. Drawn a line and started again today.

Not posted here for a while.

I’ve lost -85lbs up to now, although at the moment my weight loss has slowed down.

I was really happy today, I bought a new top and had to get a size 14!

How is everyone doing?

I’m back on it as of today - put 3lbs on over the past month, and enough’s enough! Got 3 stone to lose - taking it a stone at a time. I can do this 👍

Still got 24 pounds to go until target I’ve 11weeks to go but happy to lose a stone
Due health reasons I cannot exercise so don’t burn calories fast 👎👎but I’ve decided to stick to 1200 daily but three time a week drop to 900 every second week when hubby on late shifts to see if it gives me a boost
