No groups anymore I don't think, but I do it.

I'm often on and off with it, if I can get to exercise a lot then I prefer the gym and MFP, but anytime I can't I'm straight on the 5/2. At the moment with walking the dog in the morning, driving to work, 9 hours there and driving home I've binned the £50 a month gym membership for now.

I'm getting married in 6 weeks, but I'm not being very good on my other days, I'm just so stressed with work, still though at least its a bit of damage control

I’ve been on it from 2nd January & lost 8 lbs! Can’t believe it! I’d like to loose another 10 lbs & I’ll be my proper weight, finding it easy enough but I’m starving today! Roll on 5.30 for scrambled eggs & mushrooms 😂

There is a good group on Facebook, if you use social media. Very friendly and supportive. I've been doing 5:2 for about 5 years and still get great ideas from the Facebook group
