40g oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3/4 tbs sweetener
100g plain fat free yogurt
Ginger, cinnamon and mixed spice ( says small pinch but I put 1/2 teaspoon of each in )
1/2 tbs black treacle
Mix everything that is dry then add egg , yogurt and treAcle and mix again well .
Gas 5 for 25 mins approx (2.5 syns the lot )
Now got to hide them from the kids as yours disappeared

Sam , how do you find the air fryer ? Is it quick to cook the chips and easy to clean . Do you just do chips in it ?

I really like the airfryer, if I par boil potatoes they take 15 minutes, if I, do the potatoes raw take about 30 minutes, it's easy enough to clean but I spray the chips in a bowl first with fry light and put seasoning on sometimes if I do it in airfryer basket it makes it harder to clean, fry light is shocking for messing up pans I've found. I do chips and wedges mostly in mine, roasties sometimes but I prefer oxo roasties anyway done in oven, one of my favourites is baby tinned new potatoes cooked in airfryer... Just like tata tots ❤️, I've done jacket potatoes before, but never cooked meat in mine yet, I'm sure I could use it for a lot more, mine was just a cheapish one off qvc but it's good, wasn't sure if I'd get much use out of an actifry that's why I went cheapo to see lol x

Why have I never thought if spraying the potatoes first ! Fry light has destroyed my roasting tin
