February Half Term 2020

Hi,

We are currently looking at booking our first trip to Disneyland for a week in February Half Term 2020.

Can anyone advise what the weather is like in February and the crowd levels?

Many thanks

Sorry, but it will be winter. If the wind is off the sea - from the west, you could be UK like, 12 deg C, cloudy and damp/wet, if the wind is from the desert - from the east, then low 20s and sunny. Crowds should be fine, it is more of a locals park so after work/school/weekends is busier than during the day.

Half term here usually is presidents week so likely to be very busy. We were there on Saturday and the line for bag security came out of Disneyland and down the main road. The week before was great if you hit the parks at opening but busy in the afternoon. It was also very wet last week but apparently, that much rain is rare.

Weather will be hit and miss , we always go early March and have very variable weather . I’ve had days where we’ve worn shorts and t shirts , days where you need jeans and plenty of rain

The last 2 years we’ve had every heavy rain for hours whilst in Disney .

I’m a bit tied as to when we can go , if I wasn’t feb wouldn’t be my choice due to the weather .

Crowd levels for next year are a bit unknown due to how busy Star Wars makes the parks .

Thanks for your help, not too worried about temperature but wouldn’t want it too wet, may have a rethink about Easter or May/June Half Term
