Can you order from the bar menu?

Looking at menus and can see that the Rose & Crown Bar Menu has a Chip/Bacon/Sausage buttie, which isn't included on the main menu at R&C

Would you be able to order off the bar menu if you're seated in the restaurant?

Is not knownthe answer but if you want to eat at the bar just do that. You don’t have to book. It does get busy though.

So when I worked there the answer was no basically because it wasn't fare to take up a table in the restaurant for those that should be served at the bar. Whether someone would take the order though is I guess dependent on the staff member at the time.

Thanks for this! Some of our party will be eating off the main menu, but got a fussy eater who could easily want just a chip buttie or sausage sarnie

So the other option is you ask for the sausage and mash but say sub the mash for chips and then use the bread at the table? This is my plan for May as I too am a fusspot and wont eat mash but would eat the sausages! When I worked there subs like this were fine so my hope is that it will be. Also you then get gravy although if they don't like gravy then this can be removed.
