I’m an anxious passenger on motorways here - drives my husband mad when I grip the door handle and brake!

The villa looks beautiful. I’m sure with that pool and your books you’ll forget all about the young men’s messy rooms.

That was an early start! We recently had an early flight to Crete and getting up at 4 made me feel a bit icky so well done on thinking you could eat a fried egg sandwich lol.

So glad the villa turned out to be ok! It’s looks great 👍

I think that bloke next to ginger son Kieran eating bruschetta has also just flown in ... look at that windy belly 😂

Great start. The villa is beautiful right enough. I wouldn’t mind a week by that pool with a pile of good books myself so if you need more female company... 😀

and don’t waste your precious holiday tidying up after those boys! Just chuck everything back into their rooms n shut the door. that’s what I do with Hannah’s room at home. She’s a manky besom and it stresses me out if I can see it!

Italian looks lovely, but very pricey when you include 2 taxis both ways too. But totally get that you don’t want to cook, and why should you?

Hi Helen! Thanks for reading, seems strange to think you are at home now, and I am away, I miss your daily posts! The villa really is lovely, its typically spanish, and we especially love the pool, you can get straight in, and its beautiful. The boys really are messy buggers, but have also helped when asked to wash up etc. Its just amazing how much sleeping they do!
