Cruella we’re the same as you. Haven’t actually got around to cancelling yet as I’ve been working through our options, but cancellation IS on my to do list tomorrow. Must admit i was slightly surprised to receive an amended invoice -35% tonight 😥.

Same for me, I cancelled following the link they sent but have had an invoice through with the 35% discount. I was going to call them today but looks like everyone is getting it so I'll just wait.

I cancelled on Friday after the email then got an email from them last night thanking me for booking my trip, my original invoice ( with no discount on it)
Talk about rub salt into the wound.

I got the new invoice with the 35% discount applied yesterday. Our balance is due today. I need to call and change to next year to keep the two gift cards, which will then give us more time to decide what we are going to do. I’m planning on possibly booking a value resort and then amending later if an offer comes out?

I also cancelled on Friday using the link provided but woke up this morning to a new email with an updated invoice with 35% discount 🤷🏽.

It is the same for us, cancelled on Sunday (and took screen shot of it just to be sure), today received an updated invoice with 35% off and no dining plan on there. Booking is now showing the amended invoice on the website (i.e. no dining plan) but no mention of it being cancelled.

Decided to wait a few days and see what happens - got it in the diary to check again on Sat.

I did that too and had an email to say it needed to be cancelled first, so I will try again in due course.
