I cancelled on the same evening of the email (12/06), but still received the updated invoice with 35% discount. I haven’t received a refund and the booking is still showing on MDE... I took a screenshot of the cancellation message so hoping that’s enough to prove I cancelled before the deadline!

My deposit was returned to my card this week; I cancelled on the evening the email was issued.
My DCL refund took over a week after cancellation.

The same as many it seems. We had the revised invoice with discount after hitting cancel but nothing since.

We've not had the refund yet but its all gone from MDE and we got the cancellation invoice

I had some issues this week with park pass reservations on our October trip.
When I phoned to sort out the issues, they told me that another hotel stay I had booked was still live. (I had cancelled this via the email and manage booking) so that’s a bit concerning. They gave me the email to send a message to, but I got a response saying that I can cancel through manage my booking. When I go onto manage my booking the options are no longer there. I explained this in the email at the start of the week but have heard nothing and no refund.

No refund from disney here either yet. We cancelled on 17/6 via the reply link from the email and the reservation was still showing live on mde on 26/6. I have screenshots if I need to dispute the cancellation in due course.

The credit card I used to pay my deposit has since then been lost and replaced with one with a different number. How/where do I register a new card for the refund to go on to?
