That’s worrisome to say the least. I wonder if my reservation is still live on their system. It didn’t occur to me to take a screenshot so have nothing to prove that I actually cancelled.

I called up Disney this morning to move my gift card over to next year's booking and also asked about update on cancellation.
He said they couldn't see what selection had been made on their system but that as far as he knew there would be a bulk run tonight to update the system and new invoices produced with cancellation. The refund should follow within 14 days of this invoice.

I did mine via email - money back within a week.

Just tried to go into manage my booking and I couldn't for the November trip ( cancelled ) but worryingly neither for May 2021 as well ( which isn't )

Ok so found out the gift card was for the MNSSHP tickets we bought. As my husbands credit card had expired they put it on a gift card (even though Natwest reassured us this wouldn't happen as its the same card number). Thankfully it was just for that and not the whole holiday X X

I asked them about this and they said they would try and send it to the card that paid it.and if it bounced back then they will contact you for another card. It's to protect guests interest
