Oh Louise, I'm so, so sorry for your loss. It's absolutely heartbreaking.

Please, if there is anything I can do. I know we have only ever spoke on boards here, but I'm not far from you if you ever need a stranger to just sit and listen whilst you talk.

Take each day at a time, some will be good, some won't. You just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Make sure you are looking after yourself, even though you won't want to.

Thank you ❤️💔❤️ we have been to meet the vicar this afternoon and I feel that has helped so the funeral won't be so overwhelming although I did feel sick just seeing the church.

I still can't believe it.
Still can't believe I don't have a dad anymore
It just feels so unreal
My heart is broken, but I have managed to run a couple of times this week and eat something other than toast. Sleeping isn't the best and I have to have a Nytol but I can only hope in weeks or months to come things will settle
I know nothing can bring dad back but I want to feel happy again ❤️💔

We are all thinking of you Louise. It sounds like it was such a shock for the whole family and it’s going to take some time to comprehend what has happened. Take good care of yourself because you will be needed by your mum and of course James. When is the funeral sweetie? Is all the family able to attend?

Louise.

You will always have a Dad. He will be with you in your heart and mind at all times. Sadly he wont be physically with you.
You will see a part of him in your Son and as time goes on you will be able to think back on the millions of memories you have and will relish those memories and not be so upset. They will always bring you comfort.
I wish you all the best for the future which will now be so different.
Time doesn't heal but it does make things easier.
