Lost Annual Pass

A group of us is going in September and one has just chimed up saying he has lost his Annual Pass. He will still keep looking for it.

Can he get a new one at the desk when we arrive? Just take ID with him?

They should be able to sort a replacement out for him. Best thing would be to contact Disney as soon as possible and get their definitive answer to the question.

Replacement is quite easy but unfortunately costs €40. I think it's a case of going to ticket desk 12 at the studios or the Donald desk at Disneyland park.

One option if you want to get on with your day when you first arrive, one of your party can buy a discounted ticket for one day, you go in and enjoy emh etc then go to passport office and they take the cost of that discount ticket off the replacement fee
