Visa question

Can anyone who has been through the process advise on how we go about applying for a visa for my partners son... I honestly have my doubts that he will be granted one as he has been in a lot of trouble the last couple of years which was dealt with through the youth courts but my partner in his wisdom asked him if he wanted to go with us

Gonna be honest and say if he currently has a criminal record then I wouldn’t even bother wasting the money and time to try because it will 100% get rejected! This is from first hand experience (not me though)
